This charming hotel is located right by the harbour and overlooking the jetty, the music hall and the Reeperbahn. The nearest public transport stop is just a few steps away (around 200 m) and the lively tourist centre is just 300 m away. The city centre is around 2 m away, offering a wide variety of shopping venues, countless restaurants, bars, cafés along with scores of other entertainment venues. Landungsbrücken underground and over-ground station is also located nearby.
The hotel was renovated in 2005 and includes a total of 355 rooms spread over 11 floors. The fully air-conditioned hotel offers guests a lobby with 24-hour reception, safe, currency exchange counter, 2 cloakrooms, 6 lifts and a café. A newspaper kiosk, 2 bars (the Tower bar and a piano bar), a beer tavern and a restaurant (with highchairs for children) are also available for guest's use. Furthermore, business guests are offered 9 conference rooms (all with a multimedia monitor), a public Internet terminal and WLAN. Room service is also available as well as medical assistance. Furthermore, guests are able to use one of the 2 bicycle cellars in the hotel. Those arriving by car may make use of the car park or garage facilities (for an added fee).
