The picturesque hotel is located on the waterfront beside the Dieksee lake in the Holstein Switzerland region. The health resort is situated between the cities of Kiel and Lübeck. Cultural highlights and various recreational opportunities are to be found in the local area. The Baltic Sea is within easy reach, located just half an hour from the hotel, and the Hanseatic city of Hamburg is an hour away. Lübeck Airport is about 45 km and Hamburg Airport is approximately 100 km away.

|The family-friendly spa complex is decorated in a maritime style and comprises 70 newly-renovated rooms, most of which feature a balcony and breathtaking views. Guests are welcomed in a lobby with a hotel safe and lift access to the upper floors. There is a TV lounge and a restaurant on the premises. Conference facilities are available to business travellers and guests can also take advantage of the room service on offer. Those guests who are arriving by car may park their vehicle in the hotel's garage.
