Day 6: Today a full day excursion to northern Switzerland will impress you with unexpected scenery, including Europe?s largest waterfalls! Travel to Schaffhausen where, following a ride on the old-fashioned city train, you will take an exciting boat ride right into the middle of the waterfall. Return to Zurich. Overnight in Zurich.

Day 7: Today a full day excursion to Basel is planned. Thanks to its manageable size, a simple and uncomplicated way to explore the city is by foot. Take advantage of the Basel Card?s offers: enjoy a free city tour, visit Basel?s zoo and/or take a ferry trip. Overnight in Zurich.

Day 8: Today continue to Geneva. After checking in to your hotel, you will get to know the city during a guided sightseeing tour which takes you to the international part of the city, through the world?s peacemaking organizations and continues to the Jet d?Eau Fountain (symbol of the city) and the wonderful Flower Clock. Then get a taste of Geneva?s history on a mini train tour (weather permitting) and explore the Old Town in even more depth with your guide on a walking tour. Overnight in Geneva.

Day 9: On your way to Montreux we suggest a stop in the picturesque town of Lausanne. Spend free time at the beautiful lakeside for lunch in one of the many restaurants. In the afternoon, passing through the Vaud countryside, the vineyard region and along the lakeside, you will reach your hotel in Montreux. The Chillon Castle is a must to see here! Overnight in Montreux.

Day 10: An excellent day out is a trip on the Golden Pass Panoramic train: the most spectacular section of the journey is between Montreux and Gstaad. Here you will travel through the vineyard terraces of Lake Geneva, through the pastures and forests of Upper Gruyère and over inspiring mountain passes. The day offers excellent photo opportunities and wonderful memories of Switzerland. Overnight in Montreux.

Day 11: Today it?s time to travel back to Zurich. A private transfer will bring you to Zurich Airport for your departure flight.
